IBPS in India is providing a wonderful number of vacancies so a person can get a job in a bank. The number of vacancies that are available in the country has been increased over the years and in the next years to come their are many jobs in the banking sector. So one who want to make a career in the banking sector should start preparing.
IBPS is conducting exam on behalf of 19 banks in India providing opportunities to be recruited in the bank. The posts for which it conducts the exam are Probationary officer, Clerk, Specialist officer etc. IBPS first conducts a written exam consisting of aptitude,reasoning,G.K,English,etc.Then it let banks conduct individual interviews but from next time IBPS will also conduct a common interview exam as it will reduce the discrepancy that occurred in the previous selections.
The most important thing is to adapt the right approach to crack this exam as it is not easy as you have to beat a lot of guys and have to show your strength, your capability to do so. For this you have to work hard and start preparing from the very first step.First you have to do is try to analyze yourself by taking some test series so that you would be able to know your strength and weaknesses and as soon as you identify them start working on them and with a sound approach towards this exam try to excel in every part.
While giving the exam you should be focused and need to have clear mind regarding the individual section cut off. As there is a person who scored 200 out of 250 but didn't make it just because of section wise cut-off
This shows the dilemma of this exam.
So its the time that is never going to come again so start preparing make the most of the ample time available to you as you have to know the importance of every second that pass, so start working hard.
I am giving the list of some books which may help in your exam:
